Refund Policy
Every new ITS IPTV subscription includes a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If the service is not for you, write to the concierge — we will refund the unused portion in full.

1. The 14-day guarantee
We want every ITS IPTV member to feel confident in their subscription. If, within fourteen (14) calendar days of your first subscription, you decide the Service is not right for you, we will refund 100% of the price paid, less any portion you have already consumed, calculated on a strictly pro-rata basis. There is no need to give a reason.
2. Who is eligible
The 14-day guarantee applies when all of the following are true:
- it is your first subscription to ITS IPTV (the guarantee is not available on renewals or repeat purchases of the same plan);
- your refund request is sent within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date;
- your account has not been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service (in particular, credential sharing, redistribution, or commercial use);
- you cooperate in good faith with the concierge to resolve any technical issue before requesting the refund (we want to make the Service work for you wherever possible).
3. How to request a refund
- Email the concierge at concierge@itsiptv.comwith the subject line “Refund request”.
- Include the email address used at purchase and, if known, the order or transaction reference.
- (Optional) Tell us what went wrong. We use this to improve the Service.
Refunds can also be requested via the contact form or via the WhatsApp concierge.
4. How refunds are processed
- Method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different card, account, or wallet.
- Timing.Once approved, refunds are released within 1–3 business days. Most banks credit the card within 5–10 business days; some take longer depending on the issuer.
- Currency. Refunds are issued in the currency in which you paid. Currency-conversion variance applied by your bank is not within our control.
5. What is not refundable
- requests received more than 14 days after the original purchase;
- renewals and repeat purchases (the guarantee covers your first subscription only);
- accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (see Section 8 of the Terms);
- any portion of a paid period already consumed before the refund request — your refund covers the unused portion calculated pro-rata;
- any third-party charges (currency conversion fees, intermediary bank fees) deducted by your card issuer, which are outside our control.
6. Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. You may cancel at any time from your account area or by emailing the concierge — there are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancelling outside the 14-day window stops your subscription from continuing past the end of the current billing period; it does not trigger a refund of the current period.
7. Service interruptions
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Where a verified outage attributable to ITS IPTV significantly affects the Service for an extended period and is reported to the concierge in good faith, we will provide an account credit or a partial refund proportional to the impact. Streaming difficulties caused by your internet connection, ISP, broadcaster issues, or device-side problems are not eligible for compensation.
8. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence (for example, the right-of-withdrawal under EU and UK consumer law). Where a conflict arises between this policy and a non-waivable statutory right, the statutory right prevails.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified by email.
