Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the ITS IPTV IPTV subscription service. By subscribing, you accept them — please read carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and ITS IPTV (“ITS IPTV”, “we”, “us”). They cover your access to and use of the ITS IPTV IPTV subscription service, the website at itsiptv.com, and any related applications, software, or content (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. The Service
ITS IPTV provides a premium IPTV subscription that delivers access to live television channels, sports broadcasts, and on-demand films and series over the public internet. The Service is delivered to compatible devices including Smart TVs, Apple TV, Android TV, Firestick (Amazon Fire TV Stick), Chromecast, mobile devices, tablets, and modern web browsers.
Channel line-ups, on-demand catalogues, picture quality (HD, 4K UHD, HDR, Dolby Atmos availability), and feature sets vary depending on your plan, the broadcaster, your geographic region, the device used, and your internet connection. We may add, remove, or modify channels or features at any time as broadcasters change their licensing arrangements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in the territory in which you stream.
4. Account & credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the credentials we issue you (M3U URL, Xtream Codes login, app login, and any other identifiers). You agree not to share, sell, sub-licence or otherwise distribute these credentials. We may suspend or terminate any account where credentials appear to be shared, re-broadcast, or used by more concurrent devices than your plan permits.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@itsiptv.com if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
- We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5. Subscription, billing & renewal
Plans are sold by simultaneous device count (Essential, Signature, Cinema) on commitment lengths of one, three, six, or twelve months. The price displayed at checkout is the total price for that commitment length and is shown in the currency of the payment processor.
- Payment. We charge through our third-party payment processor at the time of subscription. We do not store your full card details.
- Renewal. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you have explicitly opted into auto-renewal at checkout. Where auto-renewal applies, you may turn it off at any time from your account area or by emailing the concierge.
- Taxes. Prices are exclusive of any local sales, VAT, or similar taxes, which may be applied at checkout where required.
- Changes to pricing. We may change prices for future billing periods. Changes do not affect the current paid period. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, household viewing. You must not, and must not permit any third party to:
- record, copy, capture, re-stream, broadcast, publicly perform, or redistribute any content delivered through the Service;
- resell, sub-license, or otherwise commercialise access to the Service;
- circumvent any technical protection, geographic restriction, or content-protection mechanism;
- use bots, scrapers, or any automated means to access the Service;
- use the Service in commercial venues (bars, restaurants, hotels, offices) without an applicable commercial licence;
- attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service, gain unauthorised access to our systems, or disrupt other users.
7. Simultaneous-device limits
Each plan permits a fixed number of concurrent streams. Essential permits one stream at a time, Signature two, and Cinema three. You may install the app on as many of your own devices as you wish, but only the permitted number of streams may run simultaneously. Where we detect simultaneous use exceeding your plan, additional streams may be terminated automatically.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, attempted fraud, re-distributed content, or used the Service in a manner that risks harm to other users or the Service. Where suspension is the result of a breach, no refund is owed for the unused portion. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account area; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
9. Third-party broadcasters & content
The Service aggregates content licensed or sourced from third-party broadcasters and content owners. All trademarks, service marks, channel logos, and content are the property of their respective owners. ITS IPTV does not claim ownership of third-party content and is not affiliated with any broadcaster unless explicitly stated.
10. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from buffering at every moment. Streaming quality depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, ISP routing, peak-hour congestion, and the broadcaster’s own delivery. We may temporarily suspend the Service for scheduled maintenance.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — whether express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and continuous availability of any specific channel or programme.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITS IPTV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is capped at the total amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ITS IPTV harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.
14. Refunds
New subscriptions include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee under our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or in applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where changes are material we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising under them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ITS IPTV is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before resorting to litigation. Where required by law, you retain any mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by your country of residence.
