What you'll need before installing
Setup is identical in shape on every device: install the recommended app, open it, paste three pieces of information from your welcome email, and you are watching. The only thing that changes is which app store you use.
Have these on hand: your ITS welcome email (it contains your Xtream Codes username, password, and server URL), the device you want to set up, and a stable Wi-Fi connection. The whole thing takes between three and ten minutes depending on the device.
- A working subscription — credentials arrive within minutes of checkout
- Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet on the device
- Your device's app store credentials (Apple ID, Amazon, Google)
- For 4K UHD: a 25 Mbps+ connection and a 4K-capable device
What to do if installation fails
If the recommended app is not in your store: try the alternatives listed in each device guide. IBO Player, TiviMate, GSE Smart IPTV, Smart IPTV, and Smarters Pro all accept the same Xtream Codes credentials — at least one is available in every modern app store.
If credentials don't work on first try: copy them straight from the welcome email rather than typing manually. Most failures are typo-related.
If the channels load but playback buffers: switch to 5 GHz Wi-Fi or use a wired Ethernet connection. Buffering is almost always a Wi-Fi issue, not a service issue.
